Panel Rooms   

All programming rooms have limited capacity as set by the N. Little Rock Fire Marshal and subject to available seating. Although your CCAE badge is required for entry into all events, it doesn't guarantee you access to any programming session if it has reached its capacity, subject to the discretion of THE COSPLAY CON & ANIME EXPERIENCE staff members. We don't clear our programming rooms between sessions.  

Harrassment   

THE COSPLAY CON & ANME EXPERIENCE believes in creating an environment where there is NO BULLYING and NO CONSENT.

What are the policies on weapons and harassment? 

We strongly believe in the safety of our guests and attendees.  No bladed weapons are allowed whether sharpened or blunt.  No weapons that fire any projectile, including water, are permitted. No strings in bows are allowed.  We also reserve the right to remove an attendee if they violate any rules. Individuals removed from the convention will not get back their entry fee or ticket price.  Harassment will not be tolerated.  This includes inappropriate touching or gestures, vulgarities, and threats.

About The 2017 Cosplay Con & Anime Experience:  This the first annual Cosplay Con & Anime Experience.  CCAE will be held at The Wyndham Hotel and Verizon Arena in North Little Rock, Arkansas.  It's a celebration of comic books and pop culture that showcases the exceptional works of talented Cosplayers, writers, artists, illustrators and creators of all types. At THE COSPLAY CON & ANIME EXPERIENCE you'll find exhibitors promoting and selling all types of related products, as well as entertainment.  It is a community focused convention for Passionate Cosplayers, Comic fanatics, obsessed Gamers, and extreme Anime lovers all over the United States to come enjoy the fun.

How to I buy tickets? 

A link to buy tickets will be posted on our website. Ticket prices and events may vary by year.  Please be sure to have your ticket when you come to the convention.

You have many options to get involved with "THE Cosplay Con and Anime Experience" including attending, volunteering, and donating.  We have many events for attendees to participate in and we often need volunteers to help with the convention.  We also run opportunities to donate to the convention, charities we are assisting, or opportunities to sponsor the convention.

When is the convention?
C.C.A.E. 2017 is being held on Friday, November 17 and Saturday, November 18, 2017.

How much are tickets?
Tickets to the show in advance are:

FRIDAY ONLY - $12.50

SATURDAY ONLY - $20

WEEKEND PASS - $25

Children age 5 and under are admitted for free with an adult admission (limit of 2 per adult please). 


I bought my ticket online, what time can I arrive to pick up my ticket?
Advance ticket holders only will be allowed early admission to the INNOVATION HUB at 1:00pm on Friday and VERIZON AREANA 11:00am on Saturday.

Can I buy tickets on-site?
Yes, Day-of ticket sales at the door will open at 1:00pm on Friday, Nov. 17 and 11:00am on Saturday, Nov. 18. Ticket on-site sales are in the Lobby! 

WALK UP On-site ticket pricing: 

  • $15 for a Friday only ticket; 
  • $25 for a Saturday only ticket;
  • $35 for a weekend pass.

How do I get a Media Pass?
We are pleased to offer credentialed, published industry professionals, and those in the related industries of film, television, animation, guilds, gaming, etc. complimentary admission to the Expo.  Complimentary professional pass registration will be open until October 17, 2017.  After the deadline, but please note we will charge a $20 fee. Bring samples of your work and/or a business card to the show. 

Where do I pick up my badge? What about pre-registration?
There will be a clearly-marked booth in the Lobby. 

Do I have to wear my badge at all times?
Yes - you need to wear it inside the hall at all times, or we may think you are some sort of undesirable who snuck in and we will be forced to ask you to leave.

I want to dress my dog up as my sidekick and bring him. Can I?
Sorry, no pets

Can I take pictures?
Please respect the privacy and ask before taking a picture of a celebrity, as some of them charge for their photo and autograph.

Where are the ATM machines?
Cash machines are located in the main lobby entrance.

Where is Lost & Found located?
Lost & Found is located in the main lobby at the Registration Booth.

Do I have to pay extra to get autographs?
Some guests charge for their autographs, and some don't. Please ask first.

I really need to take this call, it's my agent...
Then really, take it outside. Please be courteous and no cell phone usage when you are at panels, events or in programming rooms.


To complete my costume, I carry a large battle-axe that I hone to razor sharpness every day. It's cool for me to bring that, right?
Ummm, seriously? Props are one thing, but anything that could take an eye out, could hurt someone, or make the cops (or my mother) take it away from you, is not allowed.
